Job Role
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist who will be a member of the IT Infrastructure Systems team working on our Infrastructure responsible for maintaining our daily IT operations, to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You should demonstrate excellent technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Qualified systems engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IT issues using the Helpdesk Ticket system.
- Install, configure, and maintain Operating systems, Application software, System Management tools.
- Install, Configure and Maintain company hardware and systems including Laptops, Desktops, virtual machines, services etc.
- Follow, Prepare and Maintain documentation within Alteris Confluence
- Manage accounts in Office 365, and other systems used by AutoRABIT.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostic tools, documenting problems and resolve the issues on priority.
- Work on Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam mails and attachments.
- Immediate response and action required on daily issues raised.
- Should have good communication and collaboration with Team and users.
- Should be comfortable to work in shifts.
- Coordinate with Internet Service providers to keep the connections stable.
- Coordinate with Vendors to resolve the applications issues.
- Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.
Required Skills and Experience
- Good communication skills and should have fluency in English.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Knowledge on Windows and Linux Operating systems installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on Networking devices like Routers, Switches Servers, VMs etc.
- Knowledge on troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues of Laptops, Desktops.
- Knowledge in Azure and experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems
- Knowledge on Powershell, Python, Bash and Microsoft Graph, Win 32 API, scripting, BASH, Shell, Automation.
- Willingness to learn new technologies as per organizational need.
- CCNA certificate is an added advantage
Education and Qualification
- Any Graduation (Degree or B.Tech) with Computer skills.
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Remote
Employment Type: 6-month contract with the possibility of full-time conversion based on business needs.
