Job Role :

As a LearningHub Content Specialist, you’ll support AutoRABIT’s LearningHub Lead in managing and maintaining our customer-facing learning content. This role focuses on ensuring training materials are well-organized, accurate, and effective for customer onboarding and enablement. 

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and occasionally interact with customers to understand learning needs, respond to content-related questions, and improve the overall learner experience. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize courses, modules, and resources within the LearningHub 
• Update learning materials to reflect product updates and process changes 
• Apply learning content workflows and quality standards 
• Monitor LearningHub performance and flag content or platform issues 
• Review customer feedback and usage data to improve learning effectiveness 
• Assist with learning content audits and identify gaps in training coverage 
• Support LearningHub migrations, enhancements, and content improvements 
• Coordinate with product, enablement, engineering, and customer-facing teams 
• Responsibility of to adhere to set internal control

Desired Skills and Knowledge

• 1–2 years of experience working with content platforms or learning management systems (LMS) 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Comfort learning new tools, systems, and technical concepts 
• Ability to manage multiple content updates while maintaining accuracy 
• Clear, professional written communication skills, including customer-facing content 
• Experience with LMS platforms or customer education programs 
• Background in enablement, training, or content coordination 
• Familiarity with Salesforce or enterprise software 
• Experience supporting or interacting with customers in a content or enablement role
