Position Overview
AutoRABIT is seeking a proactive and energetic individual to take ownership of the technical execution and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform. As the Head of Salesforce, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), operations leaders, and business stakeholders to design, improve, and deploy platform enhancements that drive sales efficiency and deliver exceptional user experience. This role is critical in enabling our sales team to achieve their targets by leveraging your deep Salesforce expertise to implement best practices and execute key technical initiatives, supporting AutoRABIT’s business objectives.

This is a remote role. You must live in and be eligible to work in the United States to qualify for this job (US citizenship or Green Card).
The salary range is $155,000 - $170,000 depending on experience.

This role is critical in enabling our sales team to achieve their targets by leveraging your deep Salesforce expertise to implement best practices and execute key technical initiatives, supporting AutoRABIT’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management & Optimization:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using native tools or by collaborating with stakeholders to integrate third-party applications.
- Identify and apply Salesforce best practices to enhance scalability, performance, and user adoption.
- Execute improvements and new functionality within the SFDC application.
- Configuration & Customization:
- Configure and customize Salesforce, including Flows, Apex, assignment rules, approval processes, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and maintain technical solutions using Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
- Integration & Tool Management:
- Deploy, configure, and manage integrated applications such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Support Cloud, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and others.
- Oversee data integration tools to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other business systems (ETL, process automation, reporting, etc.).
- User & System Management:
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults.
- Perform proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and performance optimizations.
- Maintain sandbox environments and oversee deployment processes using CI/CD best practices.
- Training & Support:
- Create user documentation and deliver training sessions to ensure effective platform adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and solutions for break/fix issues, minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Systems team and other commercial data systems to ensure technical alignment and integration.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities using proven project management methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Research and develop new Salesforce prototypes and applications, staying current on Force.com technologies and trends.
- Implement AppExchange solutions and perform code refactoring to optimize performance.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and analysis to support ongoing improvements
Responsible to adhere to set internal controls.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including designing, configuring, and developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce Certified Admin.
- Working knowledge of sales technology tools such as Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- Certified Force.com Platform Developer II & Certified Application/System Architect preferred.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, key design patterns, and best practices for large data volumes.
- Expertise in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, Governor Limits, Declarative Automation, Web Services, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
- Experience with CI/CD deployment techniques and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deliver results under tight timelines, and solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to implement Salesforce best practices for scalability, performance, and user adoption.
