Position Summary
AutoRABIT is seeking a highly experienced and customer-facing Principal Salesforce Architect to lead architecture, optimization, and transformation efforts for enterprise customers—particularly within the banking and financial services sector.
In this role, you will work directly with customers to analyze, troubleshoot, and re-architect complex implementations, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving customer success while influencing product direction and expanding AutoRABIT’s footprint within strategic accounts.
This is a high-impact, global role requiring deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate as a subject matter expert across CI/CD, Salesforce, and banking platforms.

You will act as a trusted advisor, driving customer success while influencing product direction and expanding AutoRABIT’s footprint within strategic accounts.

Responsibilities:
In partnership with our Customer Success team:
- Serve as the lead architect for strategic customer engagements, focusing on nCino and ARM implementations.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and re-architect customer environments to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Partner directly with customers to ensure successful adoption of AutoRABIT products.
- Act as the banking domain SME, providing guidance on best practices for CI/CD in financial services.
- Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives within banking customers using AutoRABIT products and services.
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions based on customer insights and architectural gaps.
- Contribute to thought leadership by writing blogs, whitepapers, and technical content.
- Support pre-sales and expansion opportunities by demonstrating technical value and architectural vision.
- Travel globally to support key customer engagements and strategic initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, DevOps, or CI/CD engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in AutoRABIT ARM and nCino platform architecture.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and Salesforce ecosystems.
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in a consulting or advisory capacity.
- Strong troubleshooting and system optimization skills in complex, multi-org environments.
- Experience applying AI/automation to improve delivery, operations, or customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently in a global, remote-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AutoRABIT Vault or data protection solutions.
- Background in banking or financial services technology environments.
- Experience contributing to product strategy or roadmap development.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to financial institutions.
