Job Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring seamless lead management, campaign tracking, and marketing attribution. Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Ensure all leads from marketing campaigns are accurately captured and routed in Salesforce for the sales team.
- Marketing Attribution Reporting: Build and maintain comprehensive marketing attribution models to measure the performance and ROI of campaigns.
- Campaign Tracking: Set up and monitor campaign tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting and attribution across all marketing channels.
- Website Management: Perform updates and maintenance on the company’s WordPress website.
- Tech Stack Integration: Work with Pardot, Salesforce, Qualified, and Clari to ensure seamless integration and functionality across marketing tools.
- Data Management: Maintain data hygiene and optimize the flow of information between marketing and sales platforms.
- Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HTML, WordPress, and marketing automation tools like Pardot is a must.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce, particularly lead management and campaign integration.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within the software industry.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to create and interpret marketing reports, including attribution and performance metrics.
- Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): Experience with Clari Groove and Qualified.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a software company or a technology-driven marketing environment.
- Proven track record of managing marketing operations in a fast-paced, results-oriented setup.
Education and Qualification
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
