Job Role
As a Junior Deal Desk Analyst, you will support the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams in the creation, structuring, and execution of customer deals. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle while learning how to navigate deal structures, facilitate approvals, and improve processes. This role is ideal for someone with around 1 year of experience in a business, operations, or sales support role (experience with Deal Desk or SaaS is a plus but not required). We are looking for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
Working Hours
The expected work schedule is 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM Prague time (CET) with a 30-minute break. This aligns with supporting colleagues in the Eastern Time zone.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support Sales during the quote-to-order process by checking deals for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with coordinating approvals across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Help maintain accurate deal data in Salesforce (SFDC) and other systems.
- Provide basic support on Order Management and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Learn how to review and track non-standard terms or discount requests.
- Work with colleagues to ensure smooth handoffs to Order Management and Finance teams.
- Proactively flag simple errors or inconsistencies and escalate when needed.
- Contribute to small improvements in deal processes and team efficiency.
- Responsible for adhering to set internal controls.
- Ensure availability and responsiveness during end-of-month and end-of-quarter periods, which are critical for business operations.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Around 1 year of professional experience in sales support, revenue operations, finance, or a related role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Curious, organized, and eager to learn new processes and systems.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and asking questions when unsure.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Interest in SaaS business models and pricing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student with relevant internship/experience).
